We're checking our bank account and update the website every day(!) with the payment information, so if you can't see your paid status, it means that the amount has not received yet.
By our experience it takes 2-6 days to credit the banks your participation fees.

The system changed your room type due to technical reasons only. We've removed the Superior category from the Registration form because of the overbooking of the Superior rooms, so the system set the Standard type as default, but no problem: if you booked Superior, you will sleep in a Superior room, as we confirmed in our e-mail previously!

Thanks to the huge number of your registrations, the superior rooms are fully booked.
The new participants from now can choose the standard room/camping/own accomodation option.

On the Room type page there are only sample pictures, we have several kind of rooms from double up to 4 bed rooms. We try to accomodate participants according their wishes as long as we can.

We make all efforts to ensure the most comfortable accommodation for every participant, but of course, we cannot fulfill every single requirements regarding single rooms. If you have such a request, please make a note on the registration page and after closing registration we can confirm (or unfortunately refuse) the request depending on the number of participants.

When you are transferring the money to our bank account as the participation fee for VIM10, please choose the appropriate option on your Bank's transfer form/slip ("Foreign bank fees payable from source account" or "Bank fees shall be borne by sender" or similar text). We can confirm payment only after receiving the 100% registration fee. Thank you.
